All live sessions are conducted online through Zoom, with recordings available if you can’t make it live.

What if I’m new to nutrition coaching?

This program is designed for all levels, whether you’re new to nutrition coaching or looking for a deeper understanding of food and wellness

Sessions Weekly on Wednesdays 6:30pm - 7:15pm, followed by Yin Yoga: 7:30pm - 8:30pm
