These energy ball bites are a powerhouse of wholesome ingredients, offering a perfect balance of nutrients to fuel your day. Chickpeas provide a plant-based protein boost and are rich in fibre, supporting digestion and keeping you satisfied. Dates are a natural sweetener loaded with antioxidants, essential minerals like potassium, magnesium and quick energy. Cacao powder adds a dose of magnesium and mood-enhancing compounds while offering a rich chocolate flavour without added sugar. Tahini delivers healthy fats and calcium, enhancing the snack’s creaminess and satiety factor. Rolling them in unsweetened shredded coconut not only adds a delightful texture but also supplies medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) for sustained energy.
